If you are an employer:

  • You must ensure your staff have permission to use the platform.
  • You are responsible for any activity carried out under your organisation’s account.

We are not responsible for internal company training records outside our platform.


6. Completion Certificates

Certificates confirm that a learner has completed a course.
They do not guarantee competence or legal compliance unless specifically stated.
Some industries require additional assessments or practical training; it is your responsibility to check these requirements.


7. Accuracy of Information

We take care to ensure training content is accurate at the time it is created.

We do not accept liability for how you or your organisation apply the information.
